The snow cannons

In the farm produce industry and in all the industries where perfect hygiene has to be maintained, the amount of contact time between the chemical products and the dirty surfaces is the key factor in effective cleaning.

From 1982, the Michel VAUTlER company abandoned the foam system to create the snow procedure and develop a new range of appliances : the chemical snow cannons.

Better than the foam, our "FOAMER, patented" procedure produces snow. This snow is in no way comparable to a foam with a weak adhesion coefficient.
Only the snow can achieve the desired effects of the chemist who determines the amount of contact time necessary for the elimination of deposits and bacteria.
With our snow, the chemists can finally achieve their objectives and ensure perfect hygiene.

Today, the snow cannon is considered by hygiene specialists, as well as by our 4,000 clients, as the best existing procedure. By choosing the appropriate chemical product, you can clean, remove grease, remove carbon residue, disinfect and renew.

The snow also offers :

  1. Discharge that is very rapid, easy, with a wide spread and over a great distance.
  2. A fine layer of snow, that lasts, is well spread out, is even and doesn't atomize the products.

The Michel VAUTIER snow cannons can also be used as sprays: simply remove the snow nozzle and replace it with the spray nozzle.

The snow cannons with 8 pressure bars must be checked every 5 years by the government testing department (DRIRE)
In the snow cannon range, the appliances with 8 pressure bars are even more powerful.
They supply you with a greater usage speed and with a workforce time that is 3 to 4 times inferior to that of the appliances with
4 bars.
